Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

• Monthly or yearly: Settings, then Manage billing, then Cancel. One button, no questions. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• The founding rate: cancels the same way. The founding rate ends with the subscription and cannot be taken up again later.
• The 21-day free trial: there is nothing to cancel. No card was taken, so nothing will be charged. Your words and history stay in your account.
• Lifetime or Founding Supporter: nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
• Deleting your account cancels any subscription on it first, so nothing is charged afterwards.

Refunds

• Within fourteen days of paying, in full, if you did not tick the box at checkout agreeing to immediate access. Ask at contact@quotidiacafe.com or through the contact form; no reason needed.
• If you did tick it, the fourteen-day right ended when you started using the plan. But if something is broken and stays broken, you are still entitled to a repair, a replacement or some or all of your money back under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Ask, and a person will answer.
• If Quotidia Café ever closes, anyone who paid for a period not yet used gets that part back. Lifetime and Founding Supporter buyers get notice and a way to take their data with them.
• Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe. They usually arrive within 5–10 working days; the timing is the card issuer's.
